We offer three degree programs to meet the needs of our students whether they want to prepare to enter directly into a career as a professional in industry or government, or for graduate school in the Earth sciences, or to become educators in K-12 or informal settings. The San Francisco Bay Area provides an ideal setting for learning about our Earth and climate systems. Every day we witness the unique interaction between the dynamic local geology, the ocean circulation, and the atmosphere.
We support all students through small class sizes, one on one mentoring, regular academic advising, a variety of available scholarships, and research opportunities.
